We are looking for someone to join our team at Wirecard Technologies GmbH, a subsidiary in Aschheim/Munich.

Your Duties

• Directing the bid process through to handover, including support of internationally tendered payment projects at contract conclusion
• Reviewing and analyzing complex tender documents
• Identifing necessary resources and putting together the BID team
• Assisting in mapping out the solution concept
• Coordinating all departments and partners involved in the bid process
• Managing internal communications in connection with the tender
• Carrying out necessary releases and clearances
• Organizing required registration documents when necessary
• Handover to the project implementation team after the signing of the contract
• Developing bid management processes, structures and tools further
• Monitor deadlines

Your Profile

• Completed engineering or economics degree
• Experienced in project management and / or bid management, ideally in processing public tenders
• Professional experience in sales or sales-related functions is a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS-Office- und MS-Project
• Able to think and act entrepreneurially
• Good communicator and strong team player
• Ability to think analytically and organize work
• Ability to liaise with clients
